Meet Dr. Trainer

Whether it's back aches, illness, or injury, Dr. Kimberly Trainer's years of Chiropractic experience is your perfect solution. Dr. Kimberly Trainer was the founder and director of the American Spa Academy. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, University Park Campus, in 1983 and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic status from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1990.

Dr. Trainer has been practicing chiropractic wellness, massage therapy, and the spa profession for over 20 yrs and continues to improve her skills by attending seminars whenever possible.
